Every Student of PACE possess an ambitious mind, they dream of becoming a successful individual in life with success shadowing their march along with career path. At this stage the Training and Placement Department of PACE thinks about learner’s transition from challenge to career programs that takes over as the priorities for individuals. At the end it always aims at helping the student’s inch closer to their professional dreams. PACE T&P comprehends the individual and unique requirements associated with every branch of engineering, pharmacy and management and devised separate models of learning for each program. Special Training programs are designed and executed based on the skill gap analysis. For example, if an engineering student can hire in best companies across the world is groomed and trained based on individual capacity. Whereas a student studying management process different skillset and to be groomed more on managerial skills. IT is the aspect that PACE has focus a lot on, and the output is evident in the high placement rate of its students.

PACE believes that to thrive in the technology centred world today, it is important that the young minds marching towards their dreams possess robust knowledge in coding, programming, and technical know-how. Unless the student is given opportunity to hands on, it is difficult to bag a super dream job. That’s why at PACE a fully equipped laboratory caters the technology learning requirements. • Phase II (Domain Specific Training) - Training is provided for the in their respective domain or specialization. Thereby this phase is domain specific in nature. Based on the corporate requirement:
• The students of CSE, IT, ECE and EEE, are intensively trained in C language, Data Structures, Data Base Management Systems (DBMS) and on JAVA.
• The Mechanical and Automobile students are trained in AUTOCAD, PRoE, CATIA, UG and ANSYS.
• The Civil students are trained in AUTOCAD, Total Station, PRIMAVERA and STAAD Apart, students are also encouraged to go for certification courses of Oracle, Microsoft, Java, and CISCO in addition to the above mentioned software and programming languages.

The Feedback is taken for understanding the student's perception, interest, and their level of understanding of the training classes. The feedback is taken at two stages.

• Stage 1: At Faculty Level (Departmental TPC's take the feedback of classes from the students)
• Stage 2: At Department Level (DOT Head takes the feedback directly from the students by interacting and by asking them their feedback on paper)
