PACE has an exclusive Training & Placement Cell, committed to provide all possible assistance to its students and also to meet the needs of organizations. Visionary Management has taken a right decision in right time to establish a separate Training and Placement Department since the inception of the college. It was established with a main objective of imparting industry required skills and to create ample career opportunities for students in the companies of repute. It is headed by Ms.Roopa Akkesh.K, Dean Training & Placements, who holds a significant position, shouldering various responsibilities and running a gamut of activities intended to cater to the needs of the students.
As the saying goes, "to go far in life, one has to start early," it is imperative to work towards finding the perfect employment. A student's initial professional step towards a long-lasting career is campus placement. With the placement of students as its top priority, the Training and Placement Cell offers high-quality training in verbal, aptitude, and technical areas that supports the student's academic performance.
The T & P Cell contributes significantly to the development of the Institute through a variety of initiatives including teaching students how to improve their employability, forging relationships with businesses across all industries, and offering a ton of placement opportunities to ensure that the majority of students are employed before they graduate from college.
